We do offer some limited public computer training courses at our Ferndown HQ, 
We can also arrange one to one training at your own business site locally.

What is the maximum number of attendees on a course?

If you choose to attend our site in Ferndown, the maximum number of delegates is 3 per course. Any courses delivered at a clients site can be between 6 – 8.

We provide certificates as a proof of attendance to all delegates who complete a computer training course with us.

How far in advance do you have to book onto your courses?

We do our best to accommodate any specific date requests, usually a week is a sufficient amount of time to book a course, as long as we have the capacity at that time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation within 10 days of the booked course date incurs the following charges:

Up to 10 working days prior to course incurs a 50% charge.
Up to 5 working days prior to course incurs a 75% charge.
Less than 5 working days prior to course incurs 100% charge of the total course fee.
