If you are not sure what to choose, either call and we will be happy to help you
identify what course is best for you and your company’s needs.
Alternatively, we offer staff assessment days. We will come to your company, interview
your staff and present a analysis at the end of the day.
Q2: Do you have your own training rooms?
No, we find it is more convenient for our customers to deliver on site or source
training rooms in a location that suits you.
Q3: What software material do you provide as we would like to hold the training
event at our office, but we don’t have a suitable room full of computers?
We can provide computers with the relevant software for an additional charge.
Q4: How many delegates can be on the course?
We find that 6 as a maximum with one trainer to give the personalised attention
required..
Q6: Some of our staff are on 2003 and some on 2007 can the course be split,
what do you recommend?
We recommend that the course be split to give the best quality training.

Yes is it. We have a flexible approach and offer consultancy in all areas,

Q9: I would like further details on the details of the course to find out what I
can expect on the day?
We go through the structure of the day, we then work through an exercise together,
you then use your skills to complete the next exercise. At the end of the
day or week, you will have to complete an exercise sheet in order to receive your
certificate, full course notes are provided
