Responsiveness and flexibility are our watch words.  We want to make sure that  we understand what it is you are wanting to achieve, for your business and your people, so call us and lets have that conversation first,  We will then make recommendations to meet those needs, this could range from one to one coaching; teams on our core Microsoft Office programmes to creating a bespoke training package and rolling it out to all of your computer users over a number of weeks.  Having confirmed our understanding of your needs we will put together a financial package that is mutually agreeable and a payment scheme that makes most sense.  Some of our clients pay as they go and others retain us for so many days per month over a 12 month period attracting better rates for longer term commitment.  Lets talk about what is best for you!

Course reference notes with screen shots are provided for each participant, so that when working alone after the training, you know you’re following the right track.

Course Appraisal

All participants complete a course appraisal which is used to ensure the service and training we give remains leading edge.

Certificates

Certificates are awarded to all participants who complete a course satisfactorily.

Free On Going Support

Following a course, every participant has access to a "Help Line".  This is available for 3 weeks after the end of the course.  We understand that sometimes there is a lot of information to take in during a course.  This bit of extra help is there to give you confidence to develop all the new skills that you will learn on your course.
